Demetrius is a Colorado native, and when not showing homes, he enjoys spending as much time as possible with his family. He still believes that homeownership is a vital part of the American Dream, and finds being a real estate advisor and helping people improve their financial stability to be both amazing and rewarding. Licensed since 2019, he absolutely loves how the real estate field is always changing, and that he gets to meet and work with wonderful people.

Family and friends describe Demetrius as trustworthy, hardworking and persistent. He is the type of person who doesn’t take himself too seriously and naturally puts others at ease. Knowing how important it is to listen closely to his clients’ concerns, his goal is to make every real estate transaction a great experience.

A devoted family man, he and his wife Tammy, have been married for almost thirty years and have two grown daughters, Jenessa and Kirah. He recently got back into his childhood hobby of collecting sports trading cards, an interest he set aside when his daughters were young. He and Tammy have been fortunate enough to visit Paris, France, (which they found spectacular!) and their dream vacation is to someday travel to Italy. Demetrius also likes rooting for the Las Vegas Raiders and eating out at Senor Ric’s Mexican restaurant in Aurora.

Demetrius is a self-described early riser, and grateful for each and every day. Having overcome his own challenges, he knows firsthand that mindset is everything. He is moved by the human capacity to choose new ways to live, and to rewire one’s mind to look for the positives and not the negatives in life. His inspiration comes from people who have confronted their demons and are conquering them one day at a time. Though not an especially religious person, Demetrius does believe that angels look after us, and all we have to do is pay attention to the signs when they try to communicate with us.

Demetrius aims to live his best life in abundance and reminds his clients that the future is a blank book that we all get to write.
